Lauren Sullivan speaks from her heart and personal experience, as an insightful life coach, a
riveting speaker and an award-winning writer. Lauren is a former high-tech marketing executive who embarked on her own major
life and career transition at the age of forty.
At the pinnacle of her career, personal trauma, triggered by her ex-husband’s drug addiction, turned her life into a crisis of
fear, despair, and extreme burnout. Hitting rock bottom became her catalyst to embark on a healing journey that led her to new
beginnings and a passionate sense of purpose. She is a life coach who has truly walked her talk.
Lauren made the powerful choice to follow her dream—to make a difference in the lives of women—by openly sharing her story, her
wisdom, and her Seven Stepping Stones to reawaken your joy and passion for life.
As a professional coach, Lauren received her formal training at the Academy for Coach Training in Bellevue, Washington and is
certified through the International Coach Federation. She is a Premier Success Coach for the international eWomenNetwork. Lauren
facilitates intensive private and small group retreat programs that guide women to become the architects of their own life
designs. Her retreat programs culminate in the creation of unique and compelling personal vision statements and inspiring life
plans for each participant. Her focus is to assist clients in making work/life choices that will create a rich and robust quality
of life.
As an inspirational speaker, Lauren is available for keynotes, panels and private workshops. She speaks frequently to large
women’s groups, bringing her audience to silence, tears and joy as she shares her dramatic story and engages them in an
inspirational journey to a place of hope and possibility.
As a writer, Lauren received an “Excellence in Writing” award for non-fiction from the prestigious Santa Barbara Writers Conference.
Prior to discovering her own joyful life purpose, Lauren spent over fifteen years successfully climbing her career ladder in the
Silicon Valley fast lane while working with industry giants Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, and Cisco Systems. She holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from the University of Houston.
After eight years as a single mother raising two boys on her own, Lauren recently remarried. She lives, writes, coaches, and
facilitates intensive retreats in the beautiful resort city of Santa Barbara, California.
